The three principles of national reunification, the 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo clarified by Kim Il Sung are recorded in history as the three charters for national reunification that should be always held fast to by the Korean nation in the efforts for national reunification.

The exploits performed by Kim Il Sung for national reunification are shining more brilliantly thanks to General Secretary Kim Jong Il, the statement noted, adding that the reunification of the country is sure to be achieved under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il.

The officials of the Central Association of Korean Nationals in Russia and all other compatriots will positively turn out in the struggle to frustrate the moves of the separatists and achieve the reunification of the country, declared the statement.
