The message said that the two countries have steadily boosted the bilateral relations on the principle of respect of sovereignty, non-interference, equality and reciprocity for 35 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties.

It expressed belief that the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would further develop in the shared interests and the level of support and cooperation between the two ministries would be enhanced.

The message wished the friendly Mozambican people fresh progress and prosperity and the foreign minister success in his work for regional stability and unity.
