Speakers at the inaugural meeting accused the "National Intelligence Service" of kicking up a repressive racket against the Pusan Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration and the Solidarity for Progress of south Korea recently, on charges of violating the "National Security Law" after labeling its members "operatives" and charging them with "reception of instructions" and the like.

Branding these actions as tyrannical ones against pro-reunification movement forces, they declared they would strongly react to the authorities' crackdown through diverse activities in the future.
