The organizations in their declarations accused the puppet authorities of contemplating conducting an opinion poll on enforcing the "system for assessing the ability development of teachers" among the parents of students and the students.

It is nonsensical to improve the professional ability of the teachers through the above-said system without fundamentally solving the educational issue, the organizations held, declaring that they would not participate in the opinion poll.

The above-said action of the authorities is aimed at dismissing the teachers who incur their displeasure by abusing their power, they charged.
