They declared that the south Korean authorities produced letters "No. 1" as evidence proving that the torpedo at issue belonged to the north but it is hardly understandable that the part of the torpedo bearing the letters was left undamaged after the explosion though its other parts were burnt down.

They urged the south Korean authorities to open all data related to the case and opt for verification aimed at reconfirming them.
