On display in their venues were books and photos on the revolutionary career of Kim Il Sung and the Songun leadership exploits of Kim Jong Il and vitality of the Juche idea, the Songun idea.

Participants of the film shows watched Korean films on the external activities of the President and the tremendous vitality of the Juche idea.

Speeches were made at the events.

Ahsan, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Bangladesh, said that the Bangladeshi people join the Korean people in paying highest tribute to Kim Il Sung commemorating the anniversary of his demise that fell on July 8. He highly praised the exploits performed by the President.

Semyonov, chairman of the Russian Association for Development of Friendship and Cooperation with Foreign Countries, said that Kim Il Sung performed great exploits for the cause of socialism and the cause of global independence. The Korean people are victoriously advancing the revolutionary cause of Juche started by the President under the leadership of Kim Jong Il, he added.

Erich Zavadil, vice-chairman of the Austrian Preparatory Committee for Commemorating the Centenary of Birth of President Kim Il Sung, noted that the cause of national reunification of Kim Il Sung, eternal President of the DPRK, has been successfully carried forward by Kim Jong Il.

A message to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the event in Austria.
