The president of the Working Citizens' Association of Democratic Congo, the chairman of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea under the association and other speakers recalled that the President authored the theses on the socialist rural question and worked heart and soul for the settlement of the rural question in the DPRK and explained and proved the essence, validity and great vitality of the Juche idea.

They underscored the need to apply successes and experience gained by the DPRK in solving the rural question and the Juche idea, the Songun idea to the actual conditions of Democratic Congo.
