Present at the talks from the DPRK side were Pak Ui Chun and his party and the DPRK ambassador to Vietnam and from the opposite side officials of the Vietnamese foreign ministry.

At the talks both sides informed each other of the situations in their countries and exchanged views on boosting the friendly relations between the two countries and other matters of mutual concern.

The talks proceeded in a cordial atmosphere.
