In the first year of its office the group of traitors encountered one million-strong candlelight demonstration and the following year it was deluged with "declarations on the situation" unprecedented in the history of south Korea .This year it faced a stern punishment by the people in the "elections to the local self-governing bodies." As a result, the theory of "reshuffle" openly came to the fore within the group of traitors. The above-said reshuffle is aimed at ensuring "stability in the latter half of its office" as it is a product of its serious ruling crisis.
