S. Korean Confrontation Maniacs' Disgusting Sophism Snubbed
|

Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- A call for working out an "exit strategy" to get rid of the daily escalating north-south confrontation has been heard from the south Korean ruling quarters ever since the outbreak of the warship case. Leading papers Tuesday observe in signed commentaries in this regard: This reflects the stark reality: the international community and people are strongly critical of their moves for confrontation with compatriots and war, while urging the solution to the problem through dialogue and negotiations and their "hard-line policy toward the north" proves counter-productive. Papers lash out at puppet Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of south Korea Ryu Myung Hwan and minions of the "Ministry of Unification" for crying out for "a change in the north's attitude" and letting loose rubbish that "it would be impossible to discuss the exit strategy" without it. Rodong Sinmun says: Traitor Ryu's outbursts calling for "a change in the attitude of the north" and linking it with the "exit strategy" remind one of a thief crying "Stop the thief!" This only betrays the sinister intention of the puppet group to pass the buck for the case of warship sinking on the DPRK in a bid to justify and prolong the racket for escalating the confrontation with it and igniting a war against it. Now that their anti-DPRK smear campaign proved to be a total fiasco, there is no other way for the puppet forces but to admit and apologize for their crimes. What matters is that the conservative group remains unchanged in its confrontational stand, persistently defying reality and still waiting for a chance of its success. The "change in attitude" and the like much touted by Ryu are no more than a far-fetched insistence of the confrontation maniac driven to a predicament by the totally bankrupt anti-DPRK smear campaign. Minju Joson observes: The inter-Korean relations can never improve nor can the south Korean authorities weather their ruling crisis as long as the confrontation maniacs are allowed to stay in power as they are working hard to prolong their remaining days, utterly indifferent to the destiny of the nation. |
