Wreath Laid before Cemetery of Fallen Fighters of CPV

| Pyongyang, August 6 (KCNA) -- A wreath was laid before the cemetery of fallen fighters of the Chinese People's Volunteers in Hoechang County, South Phyongan Province, on Friday by the Sino-DPRK friendly visiting group led by Xin Qi, vice-president of the China Association for International Friendly Contact, staying in the DPRK to mark the 60th anniversary of the entry of the Chinese People's Volunteers into the Korean front. The participants placed bouquets before the grave of Mao Anying. They paid silent tribute to the fallen fighters of the CPV who heroically fought on the Korean front. The visiting group visited the Songhung Revolutionary Site on the day. The head of the delegation made an entry into the visitor's book at the end of the visit. |
