On display there were products, diagrams and multi-media on at least 2,500 scientific and technological achievements presented by scientists and technicians and medical workers of healthcare institutions and enterprises at various levels from across the country.

Brisk scientific and technological public presentations and information exchange and other events took place while the exhibition was under way.

Appreciated by the participants were such papers of great value in preventive treatment and diagnosis as "medicine for the prevention of bird flu symptom on human beings."

Also drawing the attention of participants were such medical appliances and medicines as "portable digital CO measuring device", "operation instrument for liver excision" and a variety of anticancer injection.

A closing ceremony was held on Monday.
