The notice said that Rev. Han Sang Ryol, pro-reunification champion of south Korea staying in Pyongyang, is expected to go back to the area of the south side on August 15 via Panmunjom as requested by him.

In this connection the chairman of the C.C., Red Cross Society of the DPRK requested his south Korean counterpart to notify the relevant organ of this so that it may take a necessary measure for the safe return of Rev. Han from a humanitarian viewpoint.
