Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Ministry of People's Security led by Vice-Minister Choe Jung Hwa and from the Chinese side members of the Chinese public security delegation headed by Liu Jing, executive vice-minister of Public Security, and a staff member of the Chinese embassy here.

At the talks both sides exchanged views on the issue of boosting the exchange and cooperation and a series of matters of common concern.
