A presentation ceremony was held here on Wednesday.

Present there were officials of the Ministry of People's Security including its Vice-Minister Choe Jung Hwa and members of the Chinese public security delegation headed by Liu Jing, executive vice-minister of Public Security, and a staff member of the Chinese embassy here.
