Ramon Jimenez Lopez, president of the Mexican National Coordinating Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and president of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, said in his speech that Kim Jong Il, a prominent thinker-theoretician and the great leader, formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim II Sung as the integrated Juche system of idea, theory and method and has led the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence to victory, regarding it as guidelines.
