On display there are more than 34,000 consumer goods including cloth, footwear, ready-made clothes, daily necessities and foodstuffs produced by light industrial factories across the country and daily necessaries production units of industrial establishments under ministries and national institutions.

Such events as fairs of different sectors and dissemination of new technologies will be conducted during the exhibition.

Present at the opening ceremony were officials, scientists, technicians and workers from mass consumption goods production units in the capital city and local areas.
