Kim in the message extended warm congratulations to Paul upon his reassumption of an important post as president of Rwanda after winning great trust and support from the people at the presidential election held in the country some time ago.

Expressing belief that the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in the future, too, the message wished the president greater successes in his future work.
