| Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Russian Federation headed by Minister of Regional Development Viktor Basargin who is chairman of the Russian side of the DPRK-Russia Inter-governmental Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation Committee arrived here Sunday to visit the DPRK on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of Korea's liberation. The delegation was met at the airport by O Ryong Chol, vice-minister of Foreign Trade, officials concerned, Valery Sukhinin, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy. |
