The Japanese government has persistently turned away its face from the fabricated "treaty", the organizations at the conference pointed out, urging it to probe the truth behind the treaty to the world.

They demanded that the Japanese authorities make an apology and reparation to the victims of the issue of "comfort women" for the Imperial Japanese Army and forced draft and conscription committed under the past colonial domination over Korea.

They held that the Japanese government should work together toward the improvement of inter-Korean relations and the peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula, clearly mindful that the misfortune and pain the Korean nation are suffering are ascribable to Japan.
