Ro Tu Chol Meets Lao Vice-PM

Pyongyang, August 16 (KCNA) -- Vice-Premier of the DPRK Ro Tu Chol met and had a friendly talk with Somsavath Lengsavath, standing vice-prime minister of Laos, and his party on Monday when the latter paid a courtesy call on him at the People's Palace of Culture.
