The traitor not only attacked the DPRK, again describing the warship case as "provocation" and the like but dared admonish it, talking about "changes." This was an intolerable provocation and challenge to the DPRK.

What is resentful is that he let loose such unpardonable vituperation as a "unification tax", sheer nonsense, not content with such anti-reunification rhetoric as "peaceful community", "economic community" and "national community", a "proposal for three-phase unification" presupposing the "north's dismantlement of nuclear weapons." This is an indication of his criminal ambition for "unification of systems", pursuant to watchwords of "no-nukes, opening and 3000 dollars."

It is quite preposterous for the traitor to cry out for "peaceful community" while staging DPRK-targeted war maneuvers almost every day in league with the U.S. to do harm to fellow countrymen, to trumpet about "economic community" after totally scuttling the north-south cooperation and to call for "national community" after totally negating the inter-Korean declarations and seeking confrontation with fellow countrymen.

The traitor's rhetoric about "unification tax" reveals his foolish ambition to achieve German-style "unification of systems" in case of "contingency in the north", in utter disregard of the unanimous desire of all the Koreans for independent and peaceful reunification.

The "unification tax" spelled out by the traitor is, in essence, a confrontation tax and a war tax to spend the money collected from people as expenses for escalating confrontation with fellow countryman and preparing a war in a bid to realize his ambition for "unification of systems."

The Lee group of traitors will be forced to pay a dear price for spelling out the "unification tax", a mockery of the Koreans' desire for reunification.
