Significant Days of DPRK Observed by Foreigners

| Pyongyang, August 23 (KCNA) -- Film shows and book and photo exhibitions took place in France, Russia, Malaysia and India between August 13 and 17 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's start of the Songun revolutionary leadership and the 65th anniversary of Korea's liberation. Displayed at the exhibition halls were books and photos introducing the revolutionary feats of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. The participants of the film shows watched such Korean films as "Arms of Korea", "The Arch of Triumph" and "The Ever victorious Military Ranks in Parade." Speeches were made at the events. |
