| Pyongyang, August 23 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il sent a wreath to the bier of Kwon Jong Ung, former writer of the April 15 Literary Production Company who is a winner of Kim Il Sung Prize and labor hero, on August 23, expressing deep condolences over his death.
