National Martial Arts Championships Opens

| Pyongyang, August 25 (KCNA) -- The 5th National Martial Arts Championships for September 10 Prize was opened with due ceremony at the Taekwon-do Hall on Wednesday. The championships brought together at least 700 male and female players from 14 units including the Pyongyang City and provincial Taekwon-do teams. They will compete in Taekwon-do, go and Korean wrestling events. Hwang Pong Yong, chairman of the Korean Taekwon-do Committee, made an opening address. |
