Garib Newaz, president of the Bangladesh People's League, in his speech at the meeting said that Kim Jong Il, convinced that the arms guarantee the victory of the popular masses' cause of independence and socialist cause and the prosperity of the country and the nation, has led the Korean people along the ever-victorious road with his original Songun politics.

Kalevi Warman, chairman of the Finnish Communists' League, in a speech said that the Songun politics is recognized as the original political mode on the international arena, expressing belief that the Workers' Party and the people of Korea will open the gate to a thriving nation in 2012 without fail thanks to the Songun politics.

A. Usupbayev, chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgys El" Republican Political Party, said in a speech that the Korean People's Army has grown to be an invincible army thanks to the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il and the Korean people will win victory after victory under his Songun leadership.

Umalatova, chairwoman of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia, said in a seminar that the achievements made by Songun Korea in the socialist construction and the KPA which has grown to be an invincible powerful army, in particular, clearly testify to the validity and vitality of the Songun politics of Kim Jong Il possessed of clairvoyant wisdom.

Messages of greetings to Kim Jong Il were adopted at the meeting and the seminar held in Finland and Nepal.
