The resolution manifested the will and pledge of youth and students of the north and the south and overseas to settle accounts with Japan for its crime-woven history against the Korean nation and firmly defend national sovereignty:

The youth and students in the north and the south and overseas will expose the crimes of aggression and plunder and all other state-sponsored crimes against humanity committed by the Japanese imperialists.

We will bring to light the insidious moves of the Japanese militarists to distort the crime-woven history and their true intention and conduct positive activities to foil those moves.

We brand the daily increasing political suppression of the Koreans in Japan by the Japanese reactionaries, human right abuses and the moves to grab Tok Islets and revive militarism as crimes of wantonly violating the sovereignty and dignity of the Korean nation and will wage unflinching struggle against them.

The youth and students in the north and the south and overseas will not remain an onlooker to such military actions of foreign forces as the Japan "Self-Defence Forces'" inspection of naval exercises but decisively frustrate the moves by the concerted efforts of the Korean nation.

We will consolidate the solidarity and alliance with the Koreans of different circles desirous of national reunification, peace and prosperity and frustrate all challenges and obstructive moves of anti-reunification forces at home and abroad by the concerted efforts of the whole nation to open a new phase for independent reunification at any cost.

We will always stand in the van of the nation's dynamic grand advance to defend and implement to the last the north-south joint declaration, the great program for independent reunification and banner for defending peace.
