Strongly condemning the U.S. belligerent policy, a vice-chairman of the league, said in a speech:

The U.S. is finding fault with the DPRK over its nuclear weapons while threatening it with nukes.

We hold that the nuclear issue of the Korean Peninsula should be solved fairly in view of peace and security.

The stand of the DPRK is just and fair.

The meeting sharply assailed the anti-DPRK moves of the U.S. and south Korean puppet clique, who recently cooked up the case of warship "Cheonan's" sinking to bring up the case for discussion at the UN and seek a permanent division while extremely aggravating the situation of the peninsula through provocative war exercises for aggression, and fully supported the independent politics of the DPRK and its stand for independent and peaceful reunification.
