Accusing the U.S. of recently staging again the provocative joint military exercises against the DPRK together with the south Korean puppet authorities, the statement held that this saber-rattling put peace in the peninsula and in its vicinity to great peril.

It condemned the U.S. and its followers for such moves against the DPRK as defying the presidential statement of the UN Security Council calling for peacefully settling the pending issues of the peninsula through direct dialogues and negotiations.

It called on the international community to make efforts to check the undisguised military provocations threatening peace and security on not only in the peninsula but the rest of the world.
