The festival is an international event which provides movie persons of several countries with an opportunity to swap their successes and experience gained in creating cinematic art and boost the exchange and cooperation in the idea of independence, peace and friendship.

The festival slated to take place from Sep. 17 to 24 will witness the screening of films contributed by dozens of countries.

It will involve contests in full-length feature films, documentary and short films and special and information shows as well as meetings for exchanging films.

Also involved in it are previews of Korean films.
