Ibrahim Eisam Lary, general-secretary of the Arab Lawyers Union, noted in his statement that the Korean people are leading a happy life as masters of the state and society and achieving great successes in the building of a thriving socialist nation full of confidence and optimism.

Noting that the Korean people are now striving hard to avert a war and defend peace on the Korean Peninsula, build a prosperous country and reunify the country under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il, he expressed conviction that the Korean people would open up the gate to a thriving socialist nation in 2012.
