Referring to the fact that the prosecution branded Rev. Han's visit to the north as "a special infiltration for receiving instructions" and labeled what he said in the north as "acts praising the system in the north" and "benefiting the enemy", the statement held that this is nothing but a typical coloring offensive.

It urged the prosecution not to crack down on Rev. Han who worked hard for the reunification of the country but punish those responsible for bringing the inter-Korean relations to a collapse while pursuing the policy of confrontation with the DPRK.

The people will never pardon the authorities for violating democracy and blocking the way of reunification by invoking a fascist law, the statement declared, strongly demanding the authorities stop at once the unreasonable suppression of Rev. Han.
