The U.S. imperialists have frequently hurled aircraft carriers and nuclear-powered submarines into waters off south Korea and its vicinity. This was to meet their sinister intention to kick off the Tomahawk cruise missile strike operation against the DPRK from the sea, the commentary says, and goes on:

It is an invariable ambition of the U.S. imperialists to stifle the DPRK by force of arms.

The U.S. seeks to deploy huge armed forces for aggression in south Korea and its vicinity beforehand and then make a surprise armed invasion of the DPRK with the military exercises as an opportunity.

It is the U.S. imperialists' calculation to kick off extremely provocative war exercises in the Korean Peninsula and its vicinity and thus render the situation tense, disturb the peace and stability of the region and contain big powers who are their potential "rivals".

The U.S. frantic arms buildup for aggression and war exercises in and around south Korea would seriously disturb peace and stability in Northeast Asia and the rest of the world and escalate the military confrontation and the danger of a war.

It is the steadfast stand and revolutionary principle of the DPRK to respond to good faith in kind and counter force with force.

The U.S. would be well advised to clearly face up to the DPRK's principled stand and stop at once the nuclear war racket.
