The solatium was conveyed to DPRK Ambassador to Cambodia Ri In Sok by Kong Sam Ol, deputy prime minister in charge of the Royal Palace of Cambodia, authorized by the great king on Sep. 11.

Expressing heartfelt condolences to the DPRK government and its fraternal people on behalf of the king, great king and great queen, he conveyed the hope of the great king that the solatium would make a contribution to the Korean people's efforts for doing away with the losses as soon as possible and hastening the building of a thriving nation.
