Seen standing before the graves were wreaths sent by General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were Kim Yong Nam, Kim Yong Chun, Choe Thae Bok, Vice-Premiers Pak Su Gil and Han Kwang Bok, officials of party, armed forces and power organs, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, servicepersons of the KPA and working people in the city.

Wreaths in the name of the WPK Central Committee, the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly and the DPRK Cabinet were placed before the graves.

Placed then before them were wreaths in the name of ministries and national institutions, military universities, educational and media institutions, revolutionary schools and party and power organs and farms in the city.

The participants paid silent tribute to Kim Po Hyon, Ri Po Ik, Kim Hyong Jik and Kang Pan Sok.
