Present there on invitation were delegations and delegates of different countries including the DPRK and overseas Koreans and members of international jury who participated in the festival.

Vice-Premier Kang Nung Su, Chairman of the State Film Commission Hong Kwang Sun who is chairman of the festival organizing committee, officials concerned and creators and artistes in the field of movie were also present there.

Kang at the reception referred to the fact that the festival gained good fruitions and said that the activities conducted by the participants in the festival would be conducive to ensuring close cooperation and advance for the development of national films in the future.
