The performances were appreciated by officials of party and power organs, working people's organizations, industrial establishments and farms and people from all walks of life in the province.

It put on the stage such numbers as male chorus "General of Korea", orchestra and male chorus "The Forest Sways", male choruses "Road of Victory" and "Do Prosper, Era of the Workers' Party", male solo and chorus "For My Only Motherland" and male chorus "Push Back the Frontiers of the Latest Science and Technology".

The performers sang high praises of the undying Songun leadership exploits of Kim Jong Il who has brought about a stirring era of the building of a thriving socialist nation on this land, holding high the banner of Songun, and impressively represented the revolutionary spirit of the Korean people effecting great innovations and leap forward in production and construction.
