Its written decision said: The Secretariat of "Luis Vargas Torres" Esmeraldas University of Technology decides to award the title of honorary professor to HE President Kim Il Sung, HE Marshal Kim Jong Il and Mrs. Kim Jong Suk, as a token of trust in the Korean people and the Korean revolution guided by the Juche idea and reflecting the desire of the teaching staff of the university for the fraternal ties and solidarity with the Korean people.
