The bulletin carried a photo of General Secretary Kim Jong Il and an article titled "Guide of socialist cause".

In the article the bulletin said that the WPK founded by President Kim Il Sung has developed into an experienced and seasoned party always leading the people to victory in any storm and ordeal and an invincible party enjoying absolute support and trust from all the people.

Elaborating on the fact that the WPK has adopted the correct line and policies in every period and at every stage of the revolution and construction and always won victory after victory with reliance on the strength of the popular masses, the bulletin said:

The Korean people have keenly realized through practical experience that victory and glory are always in store for them when they follow the WPK and its leadership guarantees the sure victory of the socialist cause.

The socialist cause of the Korean people led by the WPK will certainly emerge victorious.
