Joint Air Maneuvers Staged in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- The second air brigade of the second division of the U.S. imperialist aggression forces and the 37th division of the south Korean puppet forces staged joint air maneuvers in the areas of Jungphyong and Chungju of North Chungchong Province on Sept. 28, according to the south Korean Yonhap News. The warmongers prattled that the maneuvers were aimed to boost the capability for air maneuver operations and strengthen cooperation system. Their helicopters such as UH-60, AH-64 and AH-1S were busy with the war exercises, airlifting artillery pieces from Jungphyong to Chungju. These madcap war exercises targeted against the DPRK are increasing the danger of war on the Korean Peninsula with each passing day. |
