The statement said:

The U.S. and south Korean puppet authorities' ceaseless war exercises targeted against the DPRK are deliberate military provocations to escalate confrontation.

They have staged ceaseless war exercises against the DPRK in the East and West seas of Korea and all parts of south Korea by mobilizing huge aggression forces since the outbreak of the "Cheonan" case.

These reckless war exercises only further increase the danger of armed conflicts.

We support the DPRK's stand that it wants dialogue but will never pardon those who provoke it and deal merciless blows at them and strongly urge the U.S. and south Korean puppet authorities to immediately stop such reckless war exercises against the DPRK, the statement stressed.
