A resolution read out there accused the south Korean authorities of seeking to adopt the "strategic alliance 2015" at the forthcoming "U.S.-south Korea annual security consultative meeting." This is a detailed follow-measure to be taken in the wake of the postponement of the transfer of the wartime operation control by the U.S. armed forces in south Korea, it said.

The resolution recalled that the "strategic alliance 2015" calls for increasing the capability for a preemptive attack on the DPRK and the role of the U.S. forces, etc.

Strongly denouncing the Lee Myung Bak regime for committing such acts of treachery as infringing upon the interests of the nation and inciting a war, the resolution urged the south Korean people to wage a dynamic struggle for the retraction of such humiliating "strategic alliance 2015" aimed to block the peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula.
