Genaro Ledesma Izquieta, chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, in a statement on Sept. 23 praised the President for founding the WPK and wisely leading the people, thus building Juche-oriented socialist Korea and achieving world-startling successes.

Kim Jong Il has wisely led the Korean revolution and the Korean people as a successor to the cause of the President, he said, wishing the Korean people greater success in socialist construction under the banner of the Juche idea.
