In the first part, titled "Revolutionary Comrade Closest to the Great Leader" the book deals with revolutionary activities of anti-Japanese heroine Kim Jong Suk who defended Kim Il Sung politically and ideologically and at the risk of her life and devoted her whole life to the liberation of the country and the building of a new country.

The book introduces Kim Il Sung's revolutionary comrades who devoted their all to the country and the people under the titles "Those Who Ushered in New History of Unity at Cost of Blood", "Anti-Japanese Revolutionary Fighters", "Revolutionary Comrades-in-arms in Period of State Building", "Revolutionary Comrades-in-arms in Wartime", "Officials Who Contributed to Socialist Construction" and "Revolutionaries Who Dedicated Themselves to National Reunification". It also introduces his internationalist friends.
