US Reckless Remarks Slashed

Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago, Commander of the U.S. Forces in south Korea Walter Sharp blustered that the U.S., Japan and south Korea are making efforts to establish a regional missile defence system and south Korea will have an additional command and control system capable of establishing contact with the U.S. forces in the field of missile. The U.S. recently deployed Global Hawk on Guam. Minju Joson Tuesday observes in a signed commentary in this regard: Those facts go to clearly prove that the U.S. is persistently working hard to maintain and strengthen the military hegemony in the Asia-Pacific region. The U.S. is busy forward-deploying its armed forces in a bid to develop them into aggression forces for mounting a preemptive attack and seeks to turn Japan and south Korea into important bases for carrying out the Asia-Pacific strategy for aggression and knock into shape a triangular military alliance involving the U.S., Japan and south Korea in order to use it as a tool for aggression. The U.S. is working hard to plug south Korea into the establishment of missile defence system between the U.S. and Japan in a bid to realize with ease its ambition for dominating the Asia-Pacific region. The U.S. has staged madcap war exercises, while beefing up the armed forces for aggression in the Asia-Pacific region, rendering the situation extremely tense. The U.S. reckless moves are an anachronistic act of straining the situation in the region to an extreme pitch of tension and bringing a fresh Cold War. The U.S. frantic arms buildup for aggression and war exercises in the Asia-Pacific region would result in seriously disturbing the regional peace and security and increasing the danger of a war. With nothing can the U.S. conceal its criminal nature as the disturber of peace and security in Northeast Asia and the rest of the Asia-Pacific region and the arch criminal escalating military confrontation and tension. |
