The performance began with chorus "Glory to Our Great Party". Put on the stage were mixed chorus "The Party Means the Care of the General", chorus and story-telling "The Road We Want to Follow" and other colorful numbers.

Also staged were numbers reflecting the great honor and pride of the youth performing miracles and feats in the van of the drive to effect a revolutionary surge and the faith and will of the youths in the era of Songun to defend the socialist motherland as firm as a rock.

The performers sang high praises of the immortal exploits General Secretary Kim Jong Il has performed by developing the WPK into the party of President Kim Il Sung and a powerful vanguard organization of the Songun revolution and leading the cause of building a thriving socialist nation to victory and thereby demonstrating the dignity of the country and its national power.
