The work, published on October 2, Juche 84 (1995), is an immortal great programme for party building and activities as it reviewed with pride the glorious history of the WPK which hewed out the new path of building a revolutionary party under the leadership of Kim Il Sung and indicated the way of strengthening and developing the WPK into the eternal party of Kim Il Sung.

The work was brought out in booklet by the Maritime Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the People's Vanguard of Costa Rica, the Communist Party of Germany, the Mongolia Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development, the Academia Publishing House of Cuba, the Antri Miek Publishing House of Cambodia, the Dar Damascus Publishing House of Syria, the Dar Al-Shaab Publishing House of Egypt, the Enugu Publishing House of Nigeria, the Canta Clara Publishing House of Venezuela, the Futra Publishing House of the Czech Republic, and political parties, organizations and institutions.

Internet homepages and bulletins of the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the U.S. Group for the Study of Songun Politics, the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and many other units published the work in full text and gist.

Seminars, lectures, briefings on the work and reading sessions were briskly held by political parties and organizations of many countries of the world and regional organizations.
