It was appreciated by senior officials of the party, army and state, the chairperson of a friendly party, officials of the party, armed forces and power organs, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, working people in the city, congratulatory groups, delegations and home-visiting groups of overseas Koreans from various regions including the congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan, the chief of the Pyongyang mission of the Anti-Imperialist National Democratic Front, diplomatic envoys of different countries and representatives of international organizations here and foreign guests.

Put on the stage were female vocal solo "General Kim Il Sung Is Our Sun" and "We Sing of the Party", female quartet "Do Prosper, Era of the Workers' Party", female trio "Ongheya for Songun Victory", dance "Yangsando", female vocal solo "When Thinking of the Path of Songun", chorus "Let Us Extend Glory to the Our Great Party" and other colorful numbers.

The performers sang high praises of the immortal revolutionary exploits President Kim Il Sung performed by starting and leading the cause of building a revolutionary party and laying a solid foundation for the prosperity of Songun Korea under the banner of the Juche idea, the Songun idea and those leader Kim Jong Il has performed by developing the WPK into the eternal party of the President and a powerful guiding force for the Songun revolution.

Also put on the stage were Kayagum ensemble "Vinalon of 3 000-ri", mixed duet and chorus "Juche Iron Is the Best", song and dance "Push Back the Frontiers of Latest Science and Technology", chorus "Arirang of Prosperity" and other numbers which impressively dealt with the reality of the DPRK in which the era of prosperity of the Workers' Party was ushered in on this land under the wise leadership of the Party and all ideals of the people have been fully materialized.
