Present there from the WPK side were Secretary Kim Yong Il and officials of the WPK Central Committee and from the opposite side were members of the delegation of the HCWP headed by Chairman Gyula Thurmer.

At the talks both sides informed each other of their party activities and exchanged views on the issue of further developing the relations between the two parties and matters of mutual concern.
