Congratulating General Secretary Kim Jong Il on his reelection as general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea at its Conference, the Gabonese president said he was pleased that everything is going on well in the DPRK and wished the Korean people steady successes and progress.

He reiterated his will to positively cooperate with the DPRK in the efforts to boost the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations.
